I’ve had a couple people PM with suggestions on how to improve our tournaments. I wanted to put out a post to get everyone’s input. I’m asking for a post for any comments, suggestions on what you like, don’t like, want to change, want to add, etc. No hard feeling on any comments and everyone’s input is valued. I'm happy with the rules we had for the 2nd tournament . Pay 2 places plus big fish. Some tournaments pay 1 place for every 7 boats entered . That is an option for additional boats entered.

I think ya'll are doing a fine job. If we keep getting more boats into it, I would look at paying another spot. Helps pay for gas ande everything that goes into a day of fishing. Lee

Alex paying 2 spots and big fish was good. If you could control the water flow and weather that would be better.

Here is .02 of my nickel. What does everybody think of a 70/30 split? I think there should be a little more seperation for the winner. At the last tournament it seemed about everybody wanted $5 per man for big fish, sounds good ro me. Alex and I are working on some items to be given away in some form or another. I have talked to Louie at Grizzly Jigs and waiting to hear back from him. Does anyone want to try Rogers, BPS, Burtons, etc.? Maybe we can get this where 4 or 5 teams can walk away with something. I also have a buddy trying to get me a couple of poles to give away.
