    Default Pushin Or Pullin

With crankbaits does it work just as good pushin them or do u think with the longer leader from the weight you would be too close to the boat? Open here for input. Thanks

I know there are folks that push cranks, but I believe the majority pull them.

I pull them. My rods are not heavy enough to run 2 or 5oz weight

I push them all the time with just one ounce of weight. Some people use two oz. but one ounce works good for me if it is not real windy. B'n'M advertises their Pro Trollers to handle up to 5 Oz. of weight.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

    Hope you get on em
I use the B&M West Points and they work very well for my cranks, pulled in a 5# cat on one of the 12' last week. I like the fight of pulling in fish from the back of the boat. Sometimes it may be only 30' but when you hook a nice size fish out 80' that's when it gets real fun and interesting too :D
