Eustes really giving up the big ones!!

Today, fishing the shallows with minners, caught 28 in 4 hours, kept 13 of them. Would only put 12" plus in the live well. Most were 13.5".
Does it get better since all but 2 cleaned were males. Can't gripe, had a ball.
Will keep up the reports. If anyone is interested!

OK since I slept late and did not get to meet up with a possible new fishing bud, here is what I know and have seen. Eustis.....lilly pads going into Dead River, Gator hole on the north end and out behind the hospital. When the sun is really high, try the mouth of the Dora canal. Out from the pier there are some holes 12-14' deep. You will pick up specks there and the occasional striper. Hope yall have some luck.
