    Default ? on hi-tech holders


    Does the top bar swivel on the stand? Or are the y stationary with the bottom base. I would like to turn the top bar to fish from front or side. Is this possible?

    You can turn them 360 degrees. The're great and very adjustable.

    You can put the top bar in any position that you want. They are great rod holders.
