    Default Ginsu Electric Fillet Knife

I just received a Bass Pro sale paper and noticed they have Ginsu Elec. knives w/ 2 blades on sale for $39.99 (regular $69.99). This is more expensive than the other brands of knives. I was wondering if this may be a higher quality knife and worth spending the extra money? Does anybody have any experience with this brand of knife?

I have an electric knife that I describe as" a 1926 sunbeam that came over on the mayflower". It is truly old and has no points on the tip, and has had a bit of use. I gave a dollar and a half for it. We cut 25 crappie with it after saturdays tourney and I was waiting for it to start smokin but it chattered a bit and we finished without incident. When y'all get the skinny on the good uns from the bad ones I'll go get me a real knife.

    Default Mr Twister

Been using the Mr Twister with the long blades for years and the only complaint is the blades get dull pretty quick. Cutting thru those rib cage bones takes it's toll. Don't know how to sharpen them properly just go buy new blades.

I've heard that a proper sized ceramic stick can resharpen the serrated blades. Gonna try myself here soon, I'll let ya know how I do.
