    Default Fancy Crappies Filets

Here is an easy recipe that is real good to eat.

    You will need the following:

    Crappie Filets
    Bacon
Lemon pepper and salt to taste
    Cream cheese
    Tomtato
    Oinion
    Crab meat or Shrimp.
    White Wine
    Aluminum Foil

This is a real easy one. Take a Crappie filet Place on a sheet of Aluninum Foil. Place a slice of Onion,Tomato, Cream Cheese and some Carb meat or shrimp on it and roll it up. Wrap a slice of Bacon around the Filet. Sprinkle with Lemon pepper and a little salt. Fold up the Foil arond it and then add about 3 TBS of White Wine. Close the package up tight . Do the rest of the Filets the same way. Now place on the Grill and cook about 6 minutes to a side (Depending on how hot the fire is?)
The White wine and cream cheese will melt and make a great sauce.

For a side dish try this one. If fresh corn is to be had. Take an ear of corn and pull the husk down (Do not remove) Take the tassel off. Now wrap that ear with a strip of Bacon and fold the Husk back up on it. Do how many you will need and then place them on the grill. These will take a bit longer than the Crappie so start them about 15 minutes before you do the Crappie. Salt Pepper and Butter the corn after it is done YUM

Add Slaw or Beans and you have a great meal that is kind of fancy but not hard to make. Ron
