1-877-444-6777 for reservations. Full service sites are pretty much booked up. Ray Behrens is close to ramp, but with high water lake level may be hard to use or closed.

I would certainly call......... I'm sure with the weather and water, there's been atleast a few cancellations.

The Campgrounds around Twain are really nice, and there are plenty of them around the lake. We have used them multiple times in the past, calling the number is a great place to start.
If those aren't available there is a cheap motel nearby that we have stayed at as well call "The Junction" it's clean and it's close, and they have hot coffee early in the morning for the fishermen. :D
    Good Luck.

Behrens is very nice, and even in high water the ramp tends to stay open because it is so long. Also has a nice fish-cleaning station at the top of the ramp.
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!
