    Thumbs up Monk's Crappie

Just a quick note to share my experience last week with monkscrappie.com. I know Monk is on the board but had never used his site. I don't know him, either. Anyway, I ordered a bunch of jigs online and realized (after placing the order) that I had forgotten to order an additional color I wanted.

I called him up, he answerered immediately and made the adjustment to my order. No big deal. I placed the order on Tuesday and it shows up (with the additional jigs I called him about) at my home on Thursday. He's in N.C. and I live near St. Louis. Now that's some fast and great service.

A lot of folks take time to post when they've had a bad experience with a retailer or brand ... which is fine and helpful, as well. I just wanted to take some time to recognize Monk for going above and beyond in handling my order. Good work!

Dern, it took 2 whole days to get your order? He must be slippin' in his old age or sump'n. The boy is fast and good, which is a pretty rare combination if you think about it.

I've bought from him before and will again. Matter of fact, a guy on one of our boards was asking about trolling rods today and I recomended Monk's for great prices and super fast service.

I didn't realize until after I had ordered from his company a time or two that he was on this board. Fast service and reasonable prices. Oh, and my order showed up faster than a Cabela's order I had placed the day before!
