Truman short trip 6/2

Ron and I went this am, little windy, no problem, cell phone goes off after about 30 min. of fishing, we had 6 keepers already and 2 were dandies, Ranger called and said storm headed our way ( benefits of being a cdc member) said it was raining like hell in KC so we fish a little longer and it is getting darker and darker and wind switches to the north in the next 10 minutes, start heading back to ramp.... 3' waves got soaked from the waves, get boat loaded and what a bit---- to do in the wind, get loaded and never did get rained on until we got to clinton, but it hasn't let up yet...... Thanks Lenny for the heads up, should have left the minute you called...... and man we were set for another great day of fishing.......... oh well there is tomorrow...........
