going to Big Cedar this weekend with family, anyone have any reports or advice for down there?

beg cedar according to my kid is great, they go there quite often and have never been dissapointed, they do not fish so cant help on the fishing aspect of a trip, table rock is great for bass, crappie most places is kinda slow, never fished on that side of the lake, but the crappie fishing on james/flat/white river is picking up, enjoy you stay

thanks, this is our 4th year going down there, 1st year we did pretty good the next 2 were bad. taking golf clubs this year so if they ain't biting I am going golfing instead.

We have gone down to tablerock quite a few times, and stayed in little cabins, (the name I cannot think of at the moment) and had an excellent time. But have always found it very difficult to catch anything other than sunfish, and bass. The lake is soooo clear, and soo beautiful though it's always a fun time, even if we just end up swiming, tubing, and skiing.
