    Default sonar/gps repair

Hello all, hope the fishing is good down there. A little slow up here in Iowa. I have a question. I have a Lowrance LCX26c HD, that works, but the bright backlight does not come on. The dim lights work, so as long as I fish only at night, I'm in good shape. Lowrance will not repair it, they claim they can't get parts. Is there anywhere that I can send it to get repaired? Thanks for any suggestions!
    Jim

not sure if lowrance cant get parts there supplier may not make the parts anymore, that happened to me on my HD-7 man I was mad, I called them ready for a fight, but the guy talked me through a couple questions, and I be I had hit the night time button and had to re set it to daylight, I guess you already checked that, but thought I would throw it out there, good luck

There is a place here in St. Louis you might try. It's Tri-state Trolling Motor in Hazelwood, Missouri. The phone number is (314) 921-7292. You might give them a call to see if they have parts you need. They are closed Monday and have short hours. I don't think they open until 10 every day and close at different times different days. the website is not the most helpful, just basic info.
