    Default Okuma Line Counter Problem

I recently bought four of the Okuma 15DX line counters. One of them has an issue when I flip the bail open and the it "sticks" - the line won't come out unless you use your thumb to roll the spool back a quarter turn. I noticed this on one of my buddies reels also. Has anyone else had this problem?

I tried calling Okuma last week, but no one answered the customer service number. I left a message and never got a call back. I also noticed that they do not have the 15DX on the website anymore...

Many line counter reels do this all the time. I have many Diawa line counters and they all do it at times. I guess I'm so used to it that I automatically give them a slight roll back every time I let the line out.
