    Default Bacon Wrapped Duck Breast

This recipe came from a friend. Take your duck breasts and slice them almost in two, put a layer of Jalapeno pepper slices on ( the sliced pepers in a jar, fresh one's don't work as well) and fold the top over. Wrap up with bacon. Hold the bacon on with toothpicks that have been soaked in water for awhile.Put them in a glass or plastic bowl and marinate in Zesty Italian Dressing over night. Fire up the grill (charcoal or gas) throw them on medium heat, turning often. When the bacon is good and brown their done. This works real good with pork tendeloins, Venison or any game meat that usually dries out on the grill...izzy

Been cooking duck very similar to that for years. After slicing the breast into finger size strips, marinate in Woody's Cooking Sauce, entertwine it with bacon on skewers and grill em up. mmmmm good

I cut mine into 1" chunks, wrap in bacon and thread them onto skewers with red bell peppers and onion. I marinate then use an orange ginger glaze. Makes for some very tasty k-bobs.

Default Here's the ultimate bacon wrapped duck breast recipe

    MARINADE

    1 small jar mustard

    1 medium jar honey

    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

    1 bottle Allegro liquid smoke

    Garlic powder

    Lemon pepper

Flatten duck breast w/ meat hacker before marinating
    Marinade for 24 hrs. t/ 3 days
Take 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, & jalapenos if you like.
Chop up fine in food processor. Place one spoon in each breast along w/ 3 small cubes of American cheese & roll up as tight as possible. Wrap each with bacon, secure w/ toothpick,
