If your happy with it then nothing else matters! Personally I have 8 B&M poles that are nice . 6 of them are 11 ft and the other 2 are 14 ft. I got them to try spider rigging but I never have! I do use the 2 Brush Cutters when I'm fishing buck brush.

I have 1 collapsable pole - it does a good job easy to store - I have found they area a little on the heavy side - depends on how you are going to use them if you are straight lining minnows it should be fine

    Default Poles

I started jigging with a Black Widow collapsable pole and caught 1000's before I went to BnM flyrods which is one of the poles I use now. The Buck's pole will work great. I got some of the Richard Williams-Russ Bailey 10.5 poles about a week ago and love them. He has a special on for CC members and if you were thinking about a flyrod, I highly recommend them. Real cheap price and very good jigging pole.
