Tournament regs

Is there a set of standard regs for tournaments or are they pretty much set for each event??

are set by the people or organization that is putting the tourney on - so they are pretty much set for the event, and the conditions surrounding the waters they're held on. There are a few rules that are "standard" to most all tourney events, but even some of those are tweaked or modified if the situation dictates. ..........cp
