    Default Bank fishing around Monroe?

Any good areas/lakes to fish from the bank in or around Monroe with favorable results? Doesn't matter whether it is white perch, bream, catfish etc.

The pond at Lincoln parish park in Ruston has pretty good fishing plus a paved walking trail all the way around it.

I am not familiar with Sandal Dam, is that the road near Cypress Point Elementary School? If so, I went there the other day and caught about 5 bream, but they were small.

Will do. I believe he rents boats also, so I have been wanting to stop by.
