    Default Finally ready!

Man has it been a long almost two weeks getting my new boat ready, finally today Dad and I finished it all up. In the last two weeks we've had the old girl buffed and polished washed real good and a couple coats of wax, had the skeg fixed and repainted where a couple chunks had been chipped off, had the oiler disconnected, mounted my trolling motor, electronics, and a new 3-bank onboard charger, and changed the lower unit gear lube. I am ready to put this thing on the water and chase the fish around. No new pics but here's one from before all of this was done.

A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it

H&C, I thought about it and I probably will before next year but it seems to shoot a really good strong stream right now so I wasn't too worried about it. I always on my previous boats kept an eye on the stream and check it about every time I start the big motor, just a habit I got into.

I've got me some beach towels to keep in the boat and when I pull her to the top of the hill from the ramp she'll get wiped down:D A little obsessive huh?

If that obsessive we need to start a support group.

If wiping it down at the top of the boat ramp is excessive, then the JJ's are gonna need private counseling in addition to the group therapy the rest of us'll be in.
