    Default trolling motor reminder

with all the rain I have been working on the boat, fixin and such, took the trolling motor prop off and yep you guessed it, fishing line wrapped up pretty good, just a reminder to check once in awhile, save problems later, all new line on reels, cleaned and orgnized the plastic jig boxes, now for a question, any one ever freeze crappie nibbles, I found 11 jars in the boat, so I put them in the freezer.

Not intentionally, but I have had them freeze in the truck all winter and they are just fine.
I don't think it is necessary to freeze them though, I have had a jar on the dash of my truck in all kinds of heat also, and they are just fine, actually, I think the heat helps them stink a little better.

Don't forget to pull the prop on the big motor and check it. I pulled mine before camp and found some line in mine. I was going to blame it on Buzzy but it was not green line, must have been JLT!:D

I got a few jars of crappie nibbles that have been on the boat for over 4 years and they are still good. I think they get better with age.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
