Default 5-3 Lake Lanier ( pic heavy )

Hit Lanier this morning for some product testing on the %^$# side of the lake:p water was 73.5 fished a steep bank and that didnt pay off today so I moved to a blowdown and the bite was really good. As the morning went on you could follow the fish moving deeper and deeper along the tree. The deepest being in around 16 feet of water. I hooked a lot of fish at this spot but the bite started to slow down as the sun started getting hot (10:00 ) All fish caught on our new plastics. Went looking for some docks and didnt have any luck, well intekk I came across this one dock. ( see pic below ) not the kinda dock you pass up, EVER caught my best fish off of it along with some 3 pound bass. Big crappie dont care about big bass. lol anyway, crappie can still be caught just not like they have been in the past, just havent moved under docks real good yet but you can go out and have a good day. I fished all morning and caught 45 and brought the better ones home for the freezer.(24) so get out there and get some. It appears most everyone has given up on the crappie as I didnt see another boat fishing for them, last trip either.

thanks, thats all from the hard working beavers on the lake. He has been working on that one for awhile as there is a lot more brush that has already sunk under what you see.
