    Default Buck Creek

I have been working alot latley but have been rained out last couple of days and got to do some fishin. I have had a hard time gettin on the fish. Monday did decent 10 nice keepers but had to weed threw what felt like million short fish to get the 10. Went out with the family on tuesday evening and caught a few. We were drifting minnows in cove mouths and throwing slabbusters not one was better than the other though. The best part of the trip was Mrs.Scabs catch( she loves it when I call her Mrs. Scab:D) Casting a minnow to the shore right at dark she caught this wopper green carp what a battle on 4 lb test dont know how we got it in must of been my damn good net skills!!

Well the Mrs. is flattered by all the comments We might have another CDCer now that she knows what a bunch of gentelmen we all are. went out last night and tore up the crappie right at dark and an hour after. We were trolling black/silver busters every cast we were gettin crappie. You could just feel them chasing after jig slamming it. It was a great time until the bats started doing flybys on use and she got FREAKED out my boy and I were laughing our butts off at her screaming!
