Update BnM sharpshooter SS50!

I talked to Jack Wells at BnM monday, he apoligised for the trouble I had with my sharpshooter and customer service, and is sending me a new rod pronto! The concern he showed and the commetment to his customers was very refreshing. In todays times of passing the buck it is nice to know if you have a problem it can and will be taken care of by a company and owner of high standards. Thanks CP!

I have 3 poles that came from BnM ... 2 prototype FnF rods & a Heaton I won in a tourney sponsored by BnM. None have given me a moments problem, over the 9yrs I've had them ... and even if they did, and even though they didn't cost me a dime, I have every confidence that Jack would remedy the situation in short order.

Jack is a super guy and bnm rods are great.I think the dock shooters just need some fine tuning and they will be as good as the rest.
