    Default What do you put crickets in to go fishing?


    Where do you guys keep the crickets while you are out fishing? The only place I found to get them out here in SoCal is PetCo and they don't have anything to keep them in.

    most bait stores sell the cricket tubes or the cricket cages to tote crickets in. they arent expensive 3-4 bucks. you can also try wally world
    listen with your eyes---its the only way to beleive what you hear...

    You can find them just about anywhere that sells fishing stuff, I would recommend a cage over a tube.

    Armstrong Crickets

    that price is for a case of 12.....walmart carries these as well for around 3 or 4 dollars.....but this will give u a ideal what to look for.Most places callem Tubular Cricket Containers.

    I've always used the buckets style cage like the one in the picture....They are cheap and work great

    Take an old pair of your wife's (or girlfriend's, but not both) pantyhose, put them in a good sized bucket and dump in your crickets. They can't get their legs loose of the pantyhose and they are real easy to pick out.
