    So funny. I can't remember the last time I got a letter, but I think it has been nearly two years. I haven't written one in a while either.

    I remember party line phones.
    If the phone rang it could be for someone in your house, or one of the neighbors.
    If you wanted to make a phone call, you had to wait until the line was free, not just in your house, but at the neighbors hosue too.
    That was back in the day when everyone sat outside on the front porch and you actually talked to your neighbors.

    Yeah, I remember the party line phones. Jasper, Indiana in the late 1950's was the last place my family lived that had a party line connection.
