Tell ya like it is. We're trying to get a refi (under the Obama plan). We're gonna lose our house.

Or the biggest one that the Iraqi war won't cost us anything, because it will be paid for with the Iraqi oil. All estimates are just that "an estimate". Until they get the final bill they don't know what things will cost. But you know that when a politician gives and estimate it is going to be on the low side to make it look more attractive to the public. This has been the theme for a long time with the military especially. The idea is to get it into production and then fine tune it to where it will be where they want it. Nothing new here. This is the same with the Health Care that just passed. EB

I don't remember anyone ever saying there would be cheap oil after the Iraq war. That is a myth.

You also have to consider what not going to war would have cost us. He may not have had a WMD back then, but he would have been a lot closer to having it now. If Iran almost has a bomb, how much further behind do you think Saddam would be?

Obama loves to blame Bush for everything. He should be greatful to Bush. Thanks to GW, he's the first president since Jimmy Carter who doesn't have to deal with Saddam and his two thug sons.

Be as smart as you can, but it is always better to be wise than to be smart.
