Nightstalker,
The Midsouth tubes are 1 3/4 inches long. They are good tubes. And you can catch more than just a couple fish before the skirt tears up.
I noticed on an old thread you metioned that you use the supertubes. I was thinking about purchasing the super-tubes but wanted to know if they were bigger than the average tube. Checked the site but did not see sizes 4 tubes. I was looking for a 2 1/2 to 3" tube. if you get time to measure, could you please post. Thanks

The bottom line is, dollar for dollar, fish for fish, these are the best jig bodies I have ever used. Plus it helps me avoid giving any money to WalMart.
Where do you get the midsputh tubes????
Nightstalker you can get 2 1/2 in tubes at www.chapmancreek.com

Hey thanks for the info fellas. Sac-A-Lait you're right that is a hell of a deal for the uncommon colors and the price, just under $6.00 for 100pcs. There almost as cheap as Arkiejigs.com, they have twister grubs @ $3.99 for one hundred pieces. Thanks for the link Denny, Chapman Creek has some of the same colors, just not the pearl w/blue flakes but that is ok because they have enough of the colors that I wanted from midsouthtackle.com and if the size is a true 2 1/2 I'll be a ordering some. Hey Denny, do you use any of Chapman Creeks tubes? and if so are they a true 2 1/2". A lot of companies sizes vary and I need a true 2 1/2" tube because the bigger crappie around this way are kinda deep and are slaughtering bigs tubes right now. 2 1/2 to 3" crappie tubes are rare around richmond california and I would really appreciate it if you have any personal insite. thanks for any info
I just measured my SUPER JIG bodies by Mid South and alot are 1 3/4 and alot are 2"...None under 1 3/4.
Just measured chapman creek tubes all were 2 1/4 in. long.
