    buddy and i went to smithville up the river to do sum whate bass fishing and it ended up in to a good day or crappie fishing we stated just south of the free ramp and found a nice school of white 13 to 15" and then we had a few 10"crappie all from 1fow to 5fow the we went up to what i call tire cove north of freeramp and bridge and had c couple more white but found a bunch of male crappie 10" to 12" we end about 10 this moring and we both had a limit of crappie biggest was 12.75" and biggest white went just under 16" ill have pic posted later when he gets them to me

    Great job on the catch. Maybe I need to head up north to catch some crappie.

    Champ,

    Did you get in to the tire cove? The lake normally has to be about a foot high to get in there now since it is all silted in by that island. Great job on the catches.
