Gang bangs

I got another PM from someone that is put off from posting on the site anymore. It seem everytime they make a post the gang bang starts in with the usual participants harassing the poster. For me I don't let it bother me, for I have my own way of dealing with the harassment. This is suppose to be a site for sharing information but some think everyone has to think the way they do or the bombardment begins.
I just started a harmless thread and it got hi-jacked with political BS, to get it closed. A lot of you members need to grow up and show some respect for others. Everyone has a right to be heard, whither you argree with them or not. I was against the OTC site being formed, but I see there is a need for it. I don't and won't belong to the other site because there isn't any need. There isn't an honest discussion of the subjects just a lot of hot air and one's own opinion that they aren't interested in changing. EB

As the Moderator of both forums in question, I feel some compulsion to acknowledge this. I do my best to clean up the forum. A place was provided for all the tom foolery, and if it isn't used, then it's hardly the fault of the site owner or the people charged with managing it. If you want a fight, you'll find one. If you do it enough, you'll get noticed. Do it even more, and people will complain. When people complain it's time to take action. If you complain in private, I'll look into it, fix, or make a recommendation.

Well it looks like ol EB might be wanting some government intervention here. His solution to all problems in order to make it all OK so he can feel good in his fanciful utopian ideal wonderland.
