    Default Down on the Bayou


    Hey guys, just got back from the bayous of Louisiana. The fishing was great. We caught 47 on saturday ranging from 10-14 inches and 54 on sunday. Sunday's catch was better as the smallest crappie caught was 13 inches. I even caught a few 18 inches. I will have pictures up soon. Catch yaw later.

    I for one would sure like to see a picture of an 18" crappie.

    18 " crappie are nonexistent in the La. bayous I fish in. I would love to know where this bayou is. Sounds like you had a blast.

    I fish Saline Larto for crappie.Its not un common to land an18 inch crappie.
    My biggest two last week was 16 inches.Good luck to all and good fishing
