    Default Norfork Lake in Arkansas

The wife and I took a road trip to Norfork and fished from noon to 5:00 PM. We only had 10 crappie, but the good thing is the smallest was 11 1/2 and the largest 14 1/2. We caught them on Albino Shad and Monkey Milk Baby Shad with 1/16 heads casting towards the bank. Water temp was 62 degrees.

Sounds like it was worth the trip. Congrats on the catch.

Missouri anglers can fish on Norfork, Bull Shoals, and Table Rock on the Arkansas side with what is called the border lakes permit for only $10. Much cheaper than an non-resident permit. I only go to Norfork 2 or 3 times each spring, but well worth the $10.
