shooting docks LOZ?

Anybody shoot docks at LOZ? I got the opportunity to fish a small lake down south of Atlanta called Lake Jackson (about 4,000 acres)reminded me of LOZ. This guy that took me really educated me how to shoot docks(his 3 to my 1 . We cleaned 42,they have no length limit,most were 9in.,but a creel of 30 apiece. He claims they do it all year long.

It's a killer technique on certain parts of loz..........several of us do it these days with great results,try it you'll like it.

Yep, that black encapsulated foam really seems to hold the crappie right under it somtimes....shootin docks is the best/easiest way to get to them there

Love shootin docks the big marina docks can hold some big boys this time of the year. I like to do the penjulimn method shoot it out let it swing back to me with rod tip up.
