I heard some guys at work found some reds down around the lake on COE ground.
i look but never find.last year i'm walking through the woods with a bucket of big crappie at smithville.ran into a dude with a big bag of shrooms not many words were exchanged, but i left with shrooms he left with crappie.
I make that trade about every year with a guy at work. Pretty good trade for a guy like me who does not eat fish.
I spread the deal at work that I will trade a bag of cleaned crappie for a bag of mushrooms (cleaned or not) but have not had any takers yet.
Hope to find some this weekend at the cabin I think my family is having Easter there this year!!!!! Might even get some fishin in before the meal!

Rumor has it the first batch of Reds were found around Twain this past week...... we shall see...
guess I best hobble to the woods and give a check, did a lot of burning this year, maby that will help the looking process,
