The Best Milk Ive Ever Had Is The Promised Land Milk In The Glass Bottles, 100% Natural, No Chemicals, But Albertsons Went Out Of Business, And Homeland Is Too Cheap To Sell It!!
My son occasionally brings me a gallon of fresh milk and he did so Saturday. The milk he brought this time is some of the best I have ever tasted. I just emailed him and told him to hang onto that cow, she's a dandy.
Anyone else milk their own cow or get fresh milk? Don't you reckon fresh milk is a lot healthier than that store bought stuff?

Hey Stink. Just Google 'Raw Milk' and you'll have plenty of good reading on why raw milk is better for you than pasteurized milk.
It also makes your recipes much better.
Also, don't forget fresh raw Goat's milk!!
You can use this link to see if there is a farm in your area that produces raw milk.
Oklahoma Raw Milk Farms
I love the stuff myself, but my Wife is like "If it doesn't come from a Supermarket, I'm not touching it!"
Wow... thanks for the link Okie. I love fresh non pasteurized milk. I even learned that there is an Agra, Oklahoma. Never heard of that one before.
We had a milk cow on my folks farm growing up....look how I turned out! Seriously it's way better and good for us too. I can remember my grandmas homade whipcream on strawberry shortcake....son that was good!!!
"Never Fry Bacon Naked"
LR - I never met a strawberry that I didn't eat.................:D kinda like pecans if ya know what I mean.:D See where it got me.
Too much fat, I'll die of a heart attack if I drink that stuff!
I live down the road from Swan's Dairy in Claremore. It is near Nabatak too. Get some milk, then get some minnows!
My favorite was home-churned butter! I remember that as a kid. Tasted way better than store bought butter does now.
