Jeremy, who is Larry Reid? guess I am in the dark on his expertise at Mark Twain Lake? Hope to find out more about him. Bruce
Rick is a Guide on Table Rock. He must live in Springfield Mo. I see his boat going to Table Rock almost every morning from March to November.
You can see details on him at www.strikebass.com
I'm not sure what is experience is with Mark Twain, but he guides mostly for Bass on Table Rock.

Bruce - Larry Reid is host of "Outdoors with Larry Reid" which airs Sundays at noon on WBGZ Radio, 1570 A.M. out of St. Louis. I have seen articles on crappie fishing written by him and about him in magazines such as Outdoor Illinois and Heartland Outdoors. He and his wife have also been featured fishing on Mark Twain on the outdoor program Outdoors in the Heartland hosted by Larry Woodward and Bob Richardson. I met Larry and his wife back in 1996 at a boat show on Rend Lake in Illinois. I think his two passions are waterfowl hunting and crappie fishing. I know he and his wife spend a considerable amount of time crappie fishing on Mark Twain. If you do much fishing on Mark Twain, I am sure you will enjoy his presentation at the Collinsville fishing and boating show.

Heh Ken ---do You Know If Larry Is Art Reids Son ?
I Remember Years Ago Art Had A Outdoor Tv Show In Champaign And Left There To Go South [i Think]

frank - I remember the outdoor show Art Reid had years ago. I think back in the days I saw his show he was living in Carbondale. I think he moved out west - possibly Washington - and I think I read where he passed away some time ago. I have no idea if Larry is related to Art. If I attend the boat show at Carbondale and get a chance to talk with Larry, I will ask him about that. That same weekend of the boat show in Collinsville, there is a boat show in Rantoul and Steve Welch, who guides on Shelbyville, will be putting on a presentation. I am going to try and catch the show in Rantoul on Saturday and then hit the Collinsville show on Sunday - weather permitting. I see you fish Lake Shelbyville some. When you are in Illinois, what town do you call home?
Ken
Is anyone planning to go to this, from this board? Sat. or Sunday?
