    Can anybody tell me where to but a yearly boat ramp pass for truman? I know you can get em from campground attendents, but I dont wana wait for the campgrounds to open. And how much are they now, I havent bought one for years?

    I got mine at the COE office at the dam. Can't remember what I paid for it. $32 maybe. The office is at the oppisite end of the dam from the visitor center. South West side I guess it would be. Campgrounds should be open April 15th.

    You can purchase them at any Corps of Engineers Lake office, or at any open Corps of Engineers Campground. You can print out a form and mail a check or call one of the COE lake offices (Pomme, Truman, Stockton) and purchase one over the phone with a credit card, provided you are paying full price ($30) and not getting a discounted price for age or disability, in that case you must purchase them in person and present the appropriate prooof.

    And just to be clear- they are good at any corps of engineer lake- not just Truman. They are definitely one of the things I have to buy at the St. Louis Boat Show every year.
