    Clay county residence get a $ 30.00 savings if you take in your county receipt this year.normaly120.00 this year 90.00 (boat and car).So take your Clay co. receipt.

    About time. I've been bringing this up every year I buy a permit. Go to Wyandotte Lake and pay double for being out of county. I might have enough rat holed now to buy a permit.
