    Default High Rock 3-16

met up with UNCfan (Hunter) at the ramp at 930 promptly. i knew we were in for a tough day the moment he showed up with a tar heel sweatshirt!! the weather man missed this day BAD! instead of it being sunny and 62 with a lil wind, it was BREEZY 15-20 easy, overcast and downright chilly.

picked away at them all afternoon long and called it a short day at 2:00. final tally was bout 30-40 fish with us only keeping 18. of those a dozen were really respectable 11-13 inch fish.

Water temp 51-52, and the water is pretty dingy but fishable in 2nd creek. all fish caught on docks.

even tho it was short, had a great time fishin and trash talkin!! we'll do it again!
Full day 1/2 day or evening Striper/Crappie fishing trips available at a very affordable price for
Lake Norman, Badin, Wateree, High Rock.
Individual maker of the heavy duty "hybrid" A-rig Trolls just like an umbrella rig, Guaranteed to put fish in the boat

yeah i was outside for a while this morning and was almost glad i didn't go with you today, that wind was miserable. good to see the crappie factory is still in production
When in doubt, set the hook.

Nice job on a tough day. Congratulations on the catch! Did you use minnows or jigs? Thanks for the report.

Had a good time with pete today. And chilly aint the word, it was cold out on the water today. Didnt dress for the weather. Caught some nice fish though. Only problem was the duke fan in the front of the boat:p
