    Default night lights?

I work a odd schedule and fishing at night would be better for me. i need some help on some lights for my boat. i gotta 16ft john boat and want some lights to bring in the crappie. any suggestions? oh yeah, and i dont wanna run a generator or anything like that so something that would run off of my trolling battery would be ideal.

For navigation purposes, we mounted some truck beams on the front of our duck boat. They work great and wire to your battery.

I read somewhere about running LED strips inside the boat so you can see to remove fish and bait up. I've given it some thought because I like fishing at night in the summer. It looked easy and wasn't very expensive. You didn't ask about this but they may come in handy. As far as the green lights, they are awesome. I have two and they really bring in the baitfish.

Do you guys prefer green florescent or white florescent. Lowes has the tristed kind that fits in any household lamp. They also have the same size in black light.

I was thinking of rigging up a light system using those 13 watt colors.

I use the green submersable ones. It's like watching the Discovery Channel until that first bite comes. Then it's on.And no bugs.Lights on inside the boat means millions of annoying bugs.
