    Default Stockton Good Day

would not have thought it, drove in a cold drizzle, wind, clouds, but Darrell had the day off and we been planning to go for a week, so I thought why not go, get cold fish couple hours go home W R O N G got to the lake at 9 or so first drop caught a 12in. crappie, fat real fat. fished couple more hours and caught 22 all total. most 25 ft.of water on blue/silver slab buster or black/chartruse slabbuster. water was clear,40 dg. I would have bet good money against bad whiskey it would be a waste of time but like always I was wrong.(and glad I was)

    ahhhhhhh it was great.

Nice catch! Looks like Stockton is the go to place for Crappie right now! Think I will take a run up there next week. Just have to get a replacement trolling motor prop first:o

Way to go Beagle, were you trying to verticle jigging or slow drifting through them? How's the side scan working. Had mine out last weekend and you were right it is amazing stuff. Again good report.
