    Can anyone tell me how the crappie fishing is on watts bar ? Never fished there before,go to Weiss. Had a friend tell me he liked it a lot, but he fished for bass. thanks for any info:D:D

    Good crappie lake. Not alot of numbers but some real nice slabs. You can catch your limit, but you need to know the lake and its patterns. My mom caught a 18.5", 3lbs 8oz. white crappie 3 years ago. There are some big ones in there. Mom's fish would have been over 4 if she hadn't dropped her eggs before she was caught. Some years we get our limit about every day.
    Other times we struggle to get 1/2-3/4 of a limit.
