i just made one exactly like he did it, and they have slight points on both sides. so i went back and rewatched the video again an again. His also had little points on the sides. So if any body wants any 1/24 oz with collars. i have hooks sizes in 4-6-8 in regular hooks, and have about 75 size 4 sickles.. Just PM me..

i ended up with lik 67 lbs of lead lol....and no bad ones lol...i melted them down to 1lb and 1/2 lb ingots
Did you flux it?
the points must be because he is using to big of a bit. You really need it smaller and deeper and make it full round. It would be better to set your depth with a mill. As i recall when i put a 1/4 bit in my multi cavity do-it mold it actually opened and cleaned up the 1/16oz cavity a little.

I posted the actual size i felt should be closest about a year ago, should be about 7/32 ball end mill. That should give real close to a full round head. But dont take my word, id recommend you check the fit of your 1/4" bit in a 1/16 oz mold cavity Or find some 1/16 and or 1/24 full round ball heads and measure them. Its always better to check before you drill.
