    That's crazy.

Longview is pretty well wide open, in case anyone was thinking about going there.

I drove by Camp Branch marina yesterday and there was some open water near the marina out towards the main lake , but the backs of the creeks still had ice. One more week with warm daytime and nighttime temps along with the rains coming in and it should open up good by the weekend.

Smithville always lags when it comes to open water and temp. I live around I-29 and Barry Road. The past two years it's been taking Smithville about a week or two to warm up and the trees to bud than it does down here.

It kill me when the LOZ boys are giving reports, posting pictures, and I've got to deal with floating ice cubes at my lake.

I`ve been watching it everyday when I`m at work, keep in mind alot of that "open water" your seeing is actually just pools of water standing on top of the ice. W bridge is still solid ice from shoreline to shoreline nothing open at all there.

Drove around lake Sunday. CAMP BRANCH IS OPEN!!!!!! Couple boats fishing around bridge and a few west towards dam. Alex they had a salvage boat out there pulling up your new fish attractor(Boat lift). Aren't they suppose to be putting in fish habitat, not removing?
