    Default Crappie have started bitting.

Well guys had a good trip crappie fishing today. The water temperture was 48 degrees and the air temperature was around 49 degrees. Red and white crappie jigs and yellow and white, black and chartruse worked also. The fish was located in 30 foot of water between 15 and 23 ft. deep. It was raining all day and wind blowing still we caught fish. My nephew and I was the only two fishing. We caught a 100 crappie most were between 11-1/2inches and twelve.

    Here they are felllows.

Ken, looks like you hit the jackpot again. Thanks for the report. By the way, I think you were out of town for your birthday, but I posted you a happy birthday wish anyway and so did a few others.

Way to go, looks like all black crappie. Went to your profile to check on maybe where you are located, maybe you could update it with your state. I see you have almost caught up with me in age, I'm 75 and still kicking.

I'm in Idaho fishing in the Snake River, back waters of a Hydro Electric Dam.
