River crappie

Has anyone ever caught crappie out of the Susquehanna? I was talking to a friend of mine last night, and realized we've never caught any crappie out of the river. Never really fished specifically for them, but I would think that we would have hooked one while fishing ultralight plugs for smallmouth.

Hey Big Zig I spend a lot of time on the North Branch of the Suskie, I cant ever remember catching a Crappie there. But I dont target them ether. You might think they would be in the quite deep hole's, but I dont spent to much time there eather. I have seen large school's of them in the Delaware year's back, and they were in the slow moveing pool's.
