I have my sons old back pack with the strap cut off, and I throw two or three plastic boxes in the main section, spare spools in an outer pocket, and crappie pliers, etc. it the last outer pocket. Works pretty good does come out or bounce around at high speek in rough water, and is easy to get a lot of stuff in...I guess the new organizers are about the same principal, but a heck of a lot more expensive!

    Default tackle box

I have used several over the years. I like the soft bags the best as you can choose one with how ever many utility boxes you need. Best way to organize your tackle. I just bought one from wal-mart for a christmas gift that had eight boxes. Almost went back to get one for myself.

I use the big one from basspro, it holds about 8 of those utility boxes, just enough for me, fits great in the Stratos.

Soft bag is the best way for me. Like they said above you can change out trays to suit what type fishing you are doing that day.

    Default Hard tackle box

Myself I like the Tackle Logic Double Sided Organizer. Yes I know it is a hard tackle box. I use it just for crappie fishing. Still have my green crap lures in 2 other boxes in the shed drawing dust. This Tackle Logic box is big enough for everything I may need for crappie fishing from trolling, jigging, to night fishing with minnows, no it will not hold the minnows and keep them alive.

I have one like this, I can get 6 of the 3700 boxes. 5 side by side across and one on top of them.
