    i,m thinking of trading in my pro crappie 175 boat for a pontoon boat ,anyone use pontoon boats instead of bass boats??

    Pontoons are nice, but the wind can be a pain in the butt with them.

    I have a Pro Crappie 175 and love it. I can see were a pontoon boat would be nice wish I had the money to have both.

    ist toon just painted i'll paint the 2nd this weekend. 12' foam filled frp for the electric only lakes around here. 76lbs bow mount, 8' wide, lots of storage, 3 seater.

    Been there done that. Never a pontoon to fish out of again. Wind will drive you nuts.

    Check out the hurricane deck boat . I have one best off both worlds. I have a 150 yammie 4 stroke boat runs fast and is very stable in wind. Two seats up front and lots of room .
