Rust proof tackle boxes

I noticed at wmart some rust proof tckle boxes with some sort of rust inhibitor Anyone have experience with them? Do they work?

I would be interested in others' thoughts on this, as well. I've got a new Flambeau tackle box. The dividers that you put in the individual plastic boxes are supposed to have some sort of rust inhibitor in or on them. This played no part in my decision to buy this particular box. My thought is that whatever it is, assuming that it works, would have to lose effectiveness over time.
