I went by Jordan today and took this photo of the Seaforth landing. What a winter!!!! It is either brutal cold and windy or flooding rains.

the poles that hold the docks are usually about 8ft above the docks! at least it's not down 6ft!

Several years ago during one of the hurricanes they had a dock at either Ebenezer or Vista Point float away. The lake was flowing backwards under 64 towards Farrington and I'm sure it will rise another foot or two.

I have only fished Jordan twice. Never could figure it out. Any and all tips appreciated. I have heard the crappie there are much larger than those in Falls Lake.

Thats a funny picture... I drove across falls on Hwy 50 and the ramps there looked just like that also...

Thank you Mr. Obvious.

:)My pleasure. If you get bored today, go to Harris and find 28-30 ft in front of the mid lake ramp and catch some crappeye.

I just checked the Army Corps website and Jordan is at 227.25, which is 11" above normal. That's several feet higher than the picture that I took yesterday, so it will be interesting to see if they can get the platforms to sit back down over the posts.

Oops! Yes, 11 ft. It's been a couple of years since I fished for crappie on Shearon Harris, but may have to give it a try again.
