I would say either an RTV mold or a resin mold of some sort

I would use Clear Cast resin and a one piece mold. I'm working on one now so ill post when I'm done.
In our government-controlled schools we are taught that Lincoln was our greatest president because his war ended slavery and saved the Union. As usual, the other side of the story – the side that reflects poorly on the government – somehow gets lost. – Richard J. Maybury, The Abe Lincoln Hoax
I made one out of plaster of paris that turned otu ok I just dont have the plastic yet to try it out
I would think the tail would be a bear to pour. Pop
Yeah, That is what I was thinking Pop. How can You make a one piece mold that would not produce a tail with a flat top? I sure ain't the pro here and am trying to learn all I can before I get into this. the BGBS is My favorite bait and would love to learn how to make My own. The initial cost of tools and materials might be kinda high but as high as those baits are in price, it would not take long to cover the cost of production. CF

You make a hand pour it will have to be a top pour with the back side of the bait up extend the tail lenght about 1/2 inch so material will flow it won't compeletly fill up the best way is to use to small table spoons metal ones to layer the color's in that You desire.
