    Default Muddy Water Tactics


    This rain down here in the southeast is killin' my Crappie fishin'!

    What are your best muddy water presentarions?

    I'm thinking about making up a few jigs... in Gill Net color!:D

    Use big jigs and bright or real dark colors. Fish sometimes shallow up if off colored water too.:D

    when water around here gets muddy i go to a 2in bobby garland slab slayer in outlaw sp....its a glow jig and they really eat it up

    big jig, 2 1/2 to 3in beaver tail works in muddy water where I fish mostly black/chartruse or pink/black

    Pink/chartreuse,black/pink or black/chartreuse work good in stained or muddy water around here.

    You would have to tie a whistle to a minner for a crappie to find it here.lol

    dark colors with a chart tail.
    Seem to use that color on WEISS all the time anyway
