gps problems

has anyone been having problems with their gps not working.. twice now my magellan will not work in the go to mode. unit will turn on, seems to load all the satellites but when i hit the go to button nothing happens. the first time this happened within a couple of hours it started working. today it won't work. this just seem to happen since the earthquake in hatti. wondering if that has any thing to do with.

I have a Garmin that would not work. Would not stay on. I contacted Garmin and they told me I needed and update or turn off WASS. The goverment had made adjustments to the satellites. I uploaded the upgrade and it works again. It also worked when I turned off the WASS.
